Discount Furniture Matress

This is the worst place in the world. Once we already had a deal in place and left to get more cash (30 minute trip) the owner jacks up the price $600.00 to upgrade to a king from a queen. Tried to feed my husband all types of excuses. We proceeded to walk out and my husband says they were trying to get over. The owner follows us and tells us to get the fu** out of his store. Completely unprofessional and non trustworthy. Also has non documented workers there.

This business is POOR in every way possible. I put a down payment on a sectional a month ago. It was suppose to be back in two weeks time. They never called me to let me know that they never received it and then wanted to give me some furniture in the store as a loaner. I told them H-- NO, I wanted what I paid for. Then when it did come in abount three weeks later, it was the wrong one, color and size. Now I'm looking to sue them to get my money back and more. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

This place has horrible service and business practices. I purchased bunk beds from there that they sold me. I paid for them and came to pick them up and they didn't have them. They said they would order some more and that I could pick them up the following week. Nearly 3 months later my kids still have beds and I had to demand my money back while they tried to talk me into taking a store credit instead! Unbelievable!

This place had poor quality funiture and very bad customer service. I bought a whole bedroom set from there last year may 2010 i paid in cash and I paid for shipping and for them to assemble the bed and Dressers. The just brought the box to my apartment and left them there. Thank God I have a husband that is good with assembling things because I would have never been able to assemble the funiture. The movers were very rude when I ask was they going to put the funiture together they just said no and left. My bed been broke since i got it and they never came out to see what was wrong with it and everytime I call they say they will call me back or send someone to look at it. But of course they ever come and they never call back. I have reported them to the BBB because this company need to be shut down.

I was given the wrong twin/twin bunk bed ctc. They would not give me the correct set and I paid for delivery/set up which was not done. I did not get a refund for my payment. I didn't get instruction on how to assemble. I think this is very poor customer service. I know I will not purchase anything else from this store.
