Meeting some friends in Columbia while on a roadtrip from South Florida, my kids and I decided on Denny's on Harbison Boulevard. Service for six - we were quickly seated. Loretta was our server.

After joking about the Grand Slam Breakfast special on the menu, Loretta quickly offered some cost savings options that provided coffee or other beverages. Life made easy, 4 Grand Slam Slugger breakfasts were ordered, along with a kids Junior French Toast and one breakfast with eggs and country fried steak. Water for all.

Loretta made sure everyone had what they needed and breakfast was served before we knew it. No complaints from my kids - no complaint from myself or my friends. In fact, we ordered too much food.

Restaurant was tastefully decorated in a holiday 50's style theme. Music played in the background. Overall a decent experience that was made a bit better by Loretta, our server. Denny's should be proud to have such a dedicated employee.

This Denny' SUCKS!

I was seated for half an hour before I had must drink. I was here another 20 before someone took my food order. Finally got my food at 2:27. If this is supposed to be a 24 hour establishment, then great customer service should be provided 24 hours.
