Crossroads Apartments

i have been living at crossroads for a few months. The move in process was easy and fast. The apartments have low power bills. It is very quiet and everyone stays to themselves. I recomend living at crossroads

I don't recommend anyone to move at this disrepectful and under most horrible condition apartment complex in Columbia. Management is never on time and personels are so rude. They charge a fee for apartment alarm of $60.00 a year rather you want the service or not. They make you take property casuality insurance to protect them in case the building catches on fire. This is the resonsibility of the owners of the complex. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. They find additional fees to charge you and the complex is infested with roaches. It has become ghetto with people at times firing fire arms in the air and of course your everyday baby momma drama. Please take my advice don't go there. It maybe look nice on the outside but inside it's horrible. It's not worth the price. One bedroom goes for $479.00 and two $614.00. You get what you pay for!!!!!
