Blo II Vista Blow Dry Bar

My experience was horrible. I booked an online appointment through their website, and then took an hour off of work to make the appointment time. I called before my appointment time to let them know that I was running 5 minutes late. I was then put on hold for 2 minutes. When the woman picked back up (keep in mind i am now 3 minutes away) she told me that the stylist I was suppose to see had a scheduling conflict with her baby sitter and had to go home early. I asked if there was any one else that would be able to see me, as I had made an appointment. She told me that SHE was suppose to see me, but had someone walk in and took them over me, because she wasn't sure if I was coming in. I told her that I had made an appointment, called her before my appointment time, and that I never once indicated that I was not coming in, nor had I received any communication about the appointment being cancelled. She then tells me, as I am literally pulling into the place, that I was late anyways so they wouldn't have been able to see me now for another 40 minutes. I had an event to go to, and I counted on them being able to honor my appointment. The woman on the phone was rude, unsympathetic, and seemed like I was really inconveniencing her by wanting to get my hair done. I couldnt wait for that long and I ended up getting an appointment at a place called Metropolis. (They were awesome!! Here is their website: http://www.metropolissalonsc.com/ )

I will not be booking appointments through them again. I am surprised they are still in business if they treat customers like this.
