        One of the worst costumer serv...

        One of the worst costumer service I have ever encounter, when I went to buy purchase a instalation Tv system from the Best buy they had told me that with in days I would have it installed but when they gave me the order it took them 22 days to actually get it installad, when I called the person that put the order in he said he was going to call the technician and call me back ,...well 10 days and 3 call never got a answer...and I am still waiting, DO NOT expect the manager to call he has been on a conference call for the last 3 days ....still waiting...
