I had purchased all furniture for my 1-BR apartment in June 2013. Within a few months, I started having problems with my queen mattress, it started bulging from the upper-middle part. I called the store and within a few weeks they sent me a replacement. However, I had the same problems with the replacement mattress as well. Once again, I called the store. They said to send them an email which I did on on March 17, 2014. Have given them a call several times, and all I keep hearing is that "someone will get back to you". It has been 2 months and still no one has come to inspect the mattress or replace it. Their after-sales service is not the best. They do have amazing deals, but the quality is rubbish. Paint has started chipping off from my center table, study table etc. My sofa-bed opens up but then doesn't lock back into place. And then the issue with the mattress. I have already dissuaded a lot of my colleagues from buying furniture from this store (no matter what be the price), hopefully this review will be helpful to other people as well.

They have unbeatable deals and quaity
