Today was the fourth time that my services have been messed up without even them being performed. My appointments have been cancelled without me being called last minute, my appointments have not been booked properly, and today, while rightfully distraught when told they once again screwed up and couldn’t perform my service, I was told that my reaction was inappropriate for the “clinic floor” by the floor manager, Chelsea. My reaction was a slightly angry tone and asking how I should be okay with them screwing me over repeatedly, wasting dozens of hours of my vacation time, while fighting back tears. She was more concerned about the appearance my distress gave to other clients and students rather than the fact that I was distressed and upset due to their actions. I was told in no uncertain terms that I needed to leave and shouldn’t come back. Her treatment of me caused me to go out to my vehicle and sob as I continue to cry while writing this.
