        Overall

        Had a problem with my heater early this morning. Called Columbia Heating and spoke to a real person after getting answering machines at three other heating places. Columbia Heating had someone out to help me quickly. It's Sunday morning and we just had 3" of snow on top of ice. The gentleman that came to help, repaired my problem easily and fast. I am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY now that my heat is working again!
