Complete Diaster

They will promise you everything and deliver nothing. My daughters communion dress will not make it in on time because they measured her inaccurately. Ordered her a 1/2 size, charged extra for it and in the end it will not arrive.

The service is terrible and they have an attitude on top of it all. In the end my daughter was heartbroken and we went else to choose from leftovers because this store is so poorly run and doesn't care about customer service. Even thought the dress won't make the communion date, Janet the owner was unwilling to refund my deposit. Unbelievable!!!

To summarize this establishment, they charge 5th Avenue prices, yet you get flee market service. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. I was not the only person who had a communion dress horror experience at this store. Not the type of service or attitude I had ever received from a high end store. I was very disappointed and my poor daughter almost didn't have a communion dress, and she didn't have the one we ordered in early January (not our choosing).
