I had Kaleb Lopez help me yesterday and he was absolutely amazing. We were in Colorado Springs for a funeral and needed a bigger car. He was more than accommodating to our schedule and helping us through the rough day. Very knowledgeable, personable, and worked hard to get us into a great car at a very good price. I would recommend him to all of my friends!

To make a long story short... They have no desire to take ownership or care about their customers once the purchase is final. They sold us a 2016 pickup with only 40k miles that needed a new engine which we did not find out until a week after our purchase. Luckily Ford took care of us when the dealership's outlook was not our problem even though they claim to have a 30 day warranty. They couldn't even function well enough to get our title to the county by the time our plates were due and even worse did not offer to pay for extended temp plates due to their lack of timeliness. Pathetic way to do business. DO NOT buy a vehicle from them.

BUYER BEWARE
I purchased a "new used" car from Springs Automitive Group, and within 2 weeks all the check engine/ service transmission lights came on. The car would not shift into any gear (would roll backwards in "reverse," when placed in "park,") and wouldn't start. Had to have our "new used" car from Springs Automotive Group towed & found out it badly needed a new transmission. Springs Automotive Group very rudely & nervously claimed no responsibility.
If you want a dealership who sells quality vehicles and stands behind their cars, GO ELSEWHERE.

While in the market for vehicle I had shopped around at numerous locations. Both Rick and Estevan did a fantastic job explaining everything about their vehicle, and also give me peace of mind knowing that I was purchasing a vehicle that was super needs of both me and my family. Rick and Estevan of springs automotive did a fantastic job of listening to my needs and accommodating me with the vehicle that would best suit. No one has any idea what is actually going on and they'll change the deal on you. Anything to get a sale.

My wife and I were in the market for an automobile to replace the one we were giving to my 16 year old son. We found a perfect car online at Springs Automotive Group, and decided to take her for a test drive and see what we thought. I can't begin to explain how positive our experience was. Our salesman, Arman, was one of the most forthright, positive people I've met in the car sales business. He was very patient and was able to answer each of our questions with candor, and the questions we had which he couldn't answer, he went to someone within the dealership to who could. We also worked with Shana and Dave, who went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and comfortable with this process. I fully recommend this dealership- it was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience I've had. Kudos!

The Service department with Dale Huntington is always helpful and able to help with all my vechicals. When my daughters have a car issue they just call Dale and get it taken care of.

Took my car in and was more than saticfied with the service i recieved from Dwayne lujan sr. I will definitely be coming back in. He was very polite and knowledgeable he really knows his stuff. Thanks dwayne

RIP OFFS! buyer beware! the car I bought was not safety checked and was in the shop for 3 different problems CHECK ENGINE LIGHT 2 TIMES + 2 OTHER ISSUES! did not have the car the entire 1st month! asked them to buy it back they said I was stuck with it! still the car leaks! they let my son drive away with a power steering pump failing knowing it was malfunctioning! they even admitted to it! Ran my credit when I said not to I had financing!!! lied and said they would not but did anyway!!! charged me for things I did not want OR approve of ! lied and told me that "my finance company wanted it installed on the car!" Called my finance company they said that never happened! had to have charge for 2000 DOLLARS removed thank god!! LIARS! Guy the owner covers for their lies!!!! crooked!!! after the month your on your own with the lemon!!!! they make sure to get you to sign a "BUYING IT AS IS!!!" on a paper in big letters!! THEY DID NOT SAFETY INSPECT LIKE THEY SAY ON THEIR ADS? OR THEY WOULD NOT HAVE LET SOMEONE DRIVE AWAY WITH A FAULTY PS PUMP!. SERIOUSLY LET A YOUNG DRIVER DRIVE AWAY WITH A POWER STEERING PUMP NOT WORKING RIGHT? BECAUSE THEY WERE TO CHEAP TO REPLACE IT? I HAD TO TELL THEM TO DO IT BECAUSE IT WAS SO LOUD??? REALLY WHAT A BUNCH OF LOWLIFES TO DO THAT TO KID WHO NEEDED A 1ST CAR! I EVEN TOLD THEM WHY DID YOU NOT FIX IT THEY SAID BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD FIX ITSELF? REALLY? BUYER BEWARE TOOK 4 HOURS ALMOST TO BUY THE CAR! ITS WAS HORRIBLE! THE CAR WAS NEVER EVEN VACUUMED. LIFTED THE BACK UP AND IT WAS SERIOUSLY GROSS BEYOND BELIEF LAZY LIARS!

I was very impressed with there sales staff no hassel and would recommend to all my friends and family. And financing didnt feel like I was dealing with a boiler room dealership....
