Rong Cheng Chinese Restaurant

For the better part of 10 years I've recommended this place to my hotel guests. I've never had anyone complain. The food is very good, fast service and generous portions. I order from them myself as well. If you live in the north end, do yourself a favor and try them.

ok so i ordered the sweet and sour pork and the picture clearly showed that the sweet and sour was mixed in, wrong,it only is mixed together in the combo, when i went back and asked can i get it mixed in like the combo they yelled at me the whole time and refuse to fix the issue. Also they barely speak english so good luck ordering, they messed my order twice! They also don't print a recipt so you cant see if eveything is in your bag. My order took way too long considering they didnt makeone of the side dishes i wanted. I hope this place goes out of bussiness, would reccomend it to a hobo on the side of the road

On top of the fact that I couldn't understand a single word the hostess was saying the order that we made never showed up. The driver called us several times for directions and we couldn't understand him either. We even waited out in the freezing snow for 20 minutes waving him down and he just turned and drove away. After fighting with the guy over the phone the entire time he began yelling at us telling us he was charging our card anyways even though he never made the delivery. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you have the time and money just go to the Jade dragon half a mile south of woodmen on austin bluffs. Oh yah by the way the Rong Cheng restaurant is the WRONG choice for chinese and they will charge you even if they can't deliver to your house.
