Pikes Peak Glass

The staff is very courteous on the phone, but the service is very poor. I ordered replacement glass this summer, but received no notification that it had arrived. One month after placing the order, I contacted them and found out that they were ready to install the glass. Their service hours are very inconvenient, with no appointments offered after 2 PM. Since I cannot be at home during those hours, I had to cancel the work order, but I am still stuck with paying for the glass (and I have to pick it up from their office). In the end, I went with a competitor, Guru Glass, which turned out to be far more efficient and convenient for anyone who has to work during the day.

Used to buy plexiglass from this place all the time. Call one day, they'd have it ready in no more than 48 hours. Called today, and was told a week and a half and then got some attitude when asking about it. More than one place to buy plexiglass. I can almost forgive the rude old lady that works at the desk from time to time, but hey, it's my money and if you don't want it, that's ok with me.
