An integrated approach of traditional and advanced techniques is used to release tight muscle and connective tissue, reducing aches and pains and improving mobility. Moderately deep to very deep pressure is applied, according to the client’s tolerance. There is an emphasis on deeper modalities such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, among others, which are blended with Swedish and energy work to give you optimal results. Great for chronic health conditions, injury recovery, athletic conditioning, work-related postural and repetitive movement problems, and more.

Facial Treatment
No spa services or product selling involved. Although some of our therapists are specialized in and offer particular bodywork modalities, hands-on massage therapy is the only service we offer. You will not have to do wraps, facials, scrubs, or pressure clients into buying products while working here. We have a singular focus – provide the best massage therapy at the best value, for overall health and well-being. Clients and therapists love that we offer full 60 minute hour massages rather than a shortened version.
