Founded in 2015, Cerberus Brewing Co. began as the collaboration of beerlover/homebrewer Josh Adamski (Cerberus' Head Brewer), Cindy Geiser and business partners/entrepreneurs Jerry Morris and Tom Halfast. Craft original, high quality beers using the finest ingredients we can find. Provide and serve, made from scratch, delicious appetizers, small plates and entrees, and desserts, using local ingredients when available. Our clientele can expect outstanding customer service provided by our well trained and friendly staff.
