Very helpful people! My Mom had a prepaid plan with them which we used in Nov. of '15. What a relief to not have that issue to deal with on top of all the others.
Then, my Dad passed away in April of '16. He didn't have any funeral plans. I called Cappadona the morning he passed away. They came to get his body soon. They were very helpful. We were able to have the Air Force honor guard attend the service. Cappadona didn't price gouge even though it was as last minute as it could possibly be.
However, I'd suggest that it'd be much better to go ahead and get a prepaid plan so your family doesn't have to deal with it later
