Advantage Alarm Company

I posted that review almost 4 years ago to the date - and I have to add a new review. The company owner, Bill was killed in an automobile crash shortly after this post. Since then, the company and the customer service has declined. It declined to the point recently where I was intentionally setting off the alarm to see if I would get a response from the Monitoring Center. Sometimes I did and sometimes I didn't. I was able to have my installed equipment taken over by another provider - and I found out that my smoke detectors - while installed - were not set up to be monitored. Several of the windows - same thing. I am glad I made a switch knowing that my system was thoroughly tested and now is actually being monitored 110%.

After several burgularies with an ADT system, I decided it was time for a change. Bill came in and thoroughly inspected the house and the system and made recomendations on what was needed to protect the residence. The installation was very detailed and I feel safer knowing a local company and local people are working with me to keep my house secure. I trust them and their service 100%!
