        Wife stopped in to buy some ch...

        Wife stopped in to buy some chandelier bulbs, but bought the wrong size--they had a medium base and we needed B10 (the smaller size). When we took them back to exchange the next time we were in the area, they refused--despite their being unopened--since we didn't have a receipt.



        Even the manager refused to help us.



        So much for the vaunted customer service of the local hardware store. Our first, only, and last purchase from this Ace.
