Dunkin'

A friend and I signed up during one of their promotions. The sales person there said that we will only be charged for the 6 months that we are signing up for and don't need to worry that they will automatically stop charging our credit cards after the 6 months. WOW, month 7, we got charged and when we called to cancel they gave us so much trouble and said that they don't ever do that. SO They have a promotion and have their sales people LIE to customers and lure them into signing up. Then they tell you that you are the liars and the sales person told me that I needed to lose weight and to continue my membership beyond the 6 months! Regardless... you just don't lie and deceive your customers. It's bad business. Anyway, a call to corporate remedied the issue and we got our money back. HOWEVER, I now have a bad taste in my mouth and warn all those who go there.
