        Overall

        I was in the the at her about 1 pm. There was only one guy at the ticket counter. I had a gift card and nobody would help me order my tickets. The girl collecting tickets was very rude to us. The person working behide the guest services came out of office said I can not help you went back in and closed the door. I went to the library and got my tickets and watched a later movie. We come to the movies on all of our birthdays and I feel that they made it a bad experience. I have used gift cards before and the nice lady at guest services helped use with the whole process. Very disappointed in the customer services I was provide which was none.

        Overall
        Of all of the malls- keep driving

        This mall has taken a serios nose dive over the years. Stores are filled with same old same old and people that look like they should be walking the streets.



        Choose another mall- you will be happy that you did.
