Week of 09/14/08, several items were picked up, with out any information from the clerk on duty.

At home I checked each clothing item before putting away, each item that had a stain or spot, was still on the and one jacket was returned with a spot ?. When the clothes were taken, each item was marked and the exact stain was told and described, example, one item had a coffee spill, so the cleaners would know what the stain was and how to treat, so there wasn't any surprises.

My husband took the clothes back with the ticket, to show them and ask why, they had no explanition, but said they would do them over, but would not refund our money. I did not trust them to redo , why wasn't the work completed correctly . Some of our item appeared to have just been pressed with out cleaning.

We will never use this company agin and will tell others not to use.
