Long Paw Inc/Home Inspections

David Hamburg with Long Paw home inspection is by far the best inspector I have worked with. He offers services that the average inspector does not offer and was extremely informative. He did'nt let anything go unseen, every nook and cranny was inspected! He was patient with our questions and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to first time home buyers. The report was organized, detailed and very easy to understand. Davids schedule was very busy the day of our inspection but that didn't stop him from preparing and sending us over the inspection report the same day! I highly recommend that anyone in the DFW area look to Long Paw Inc and David for a home inspection whether its a new home or an existing home purchase. If I could give him a zero I would. This "guy" missed numerous issues with my home that have resulted in repairs over $300000 over 18 months. These include Water damage, improper roof system, improper framing, plumbing errors, structural repair etc.etc. Watch out!! He'll make a good show though. Bringing out about 10 so called "experts" to your property and give you a big fancy write up with little to nothing of value. Oh, then he'll charge you $1500.
