Westchester Pet Vaccines

A well-kept secret! Dr. Lewis Kimball (Westchester Pet Vaccines) is a knowledgeable veterinarian who not only dispenses lower-cost vaccinations and tests but also keeps a weather eye out for incipient problems that may need medical care. He was amazingly patient and gentle with our large, hairy, Newfoundland and with our Corgi who shrieks as though she were being murdered at even the sight of hypodermic syringe. His 'brief' physical seemed to cover the important things and was accomplished quickly and professionally. Especially important for seniors and others on a fixed income, pet owners are not pressured to purchase extra products; benefits of various protective medications are explained and the owner then chooses the specific vaccinations and/or medications he or she desires. Dr. Kimball has extensive experience with pets and his calm and competent manner reassures nervous animals (although shrieking Corgis may certainly put him to the test!) and their owners. Not a small point: the reception and office areas are spotless and free of 'veterinarian office' odors. My husband and I have owned dogs for 50 years and - carefully - bred dogs for more than 35 years. We know who we prefer for procedures and emergency visits, but our dogs will continue to see Dr. Kimball for routine vaccinations and testing.
