Recovery Masters Towing

Absolute trash company with even trashier employees. They STOLE my blazer because they mistook it for someone elses truck without even verifiying it was the right vehicle, and when we finally found out what happened, they told us to come get it..you would think that since they towed our vehicle without even checking if they had the right one they would bring it back? Nope made us go get it..when we got there he proceeded to blame out apartment manager for the mistake calling her a "dumb cunt" ..very professional. Would like to say that these people are extremely terrible, unprofessional and are complete rip offs. Sorry to whoever has the displeasure of having a run in with them.

These guys are big city jerks in a small town word gets around I guess they can't always rescue motorist but to tow cars from complex in the middle of the night and hook and drag a brand new car with temp plates for not having a parking permit that's just flat wrong . That car hasn't even been farted in yet and you metal hook it and drag it up on a flatbed grinding and scraping it. I was just there on a service call for a security company so I work the same hours and I had to look and find out the low down tow company that wouldn't even blow the horn before they towed these people's brand new car and you know it was his spot or someone let him use it. Nobody Parks in an reserved spot in a new car .you know you get keyed and stickered and dirty notes. So just know who your dealing with these guys the day crew might be ok?

Unprofessional, trashy, disrespectful jerks. My boyfriend and I live together with our 15 month old daughter in the apartment complex and this company came and started to tell ours and our friends car after we went out there they let down her friends car but wouldn't let out our brand new car that we had just got that morning saying that we should have known better they ended up telling our car after circling my boyfriend and it looked like they were going to jump him and pulled us both that we need to shut up and the head guy even stepped up to me and was threatening me how are we supposed to get a new sticker in our window when we had just got the car a couple hours prior we even explain it to the manager and there was nothing Anybody could do this company is completely trashy and ghetto especially when I see side of their employees circling my daughters dad and threatening him. We live in the complex so why take our car and release our friends. Then tell us we have to pay $150. We have a baby! Oh and the paycheck we realized is in the car they rowed. Wtf

These immoral, unethical, unprofessional con artists make a habit of extorting $150 from visitors of apartment complexes who are not parked in towaway zones or restricted parking to drop their vehicles. They attempted to tow my pregnant daughter's vehicle tonight while she was visiting her mother in law. No signs indicated she was parked illegally. If your business contracts with these ripoff artists, you clearly do not care about your customers.
