We have used Frame & Smetana's Engineering and Surveying services for Five Decades. Recently we have employed their expertise in Elevation Surveys and advise for Flood Abatement. They gave us realistic appraisal of the situation as to necessary amount of work required and costs. Superb Services! We needed a survey done quickly and Russ was on top of it.
