I have used Compuchex for several of my companies, and have always been happy with their service, and attentiveness.

They really know their stuff and have been very helpful in making the challenges of payroll easy.

What a terrible company. We used them for several years, but it was almost never a smooth process. they screwed up our payroll countless times then argued and played the blame game. We finally were able to switch and they denied receiving our new info from the IRS until finally one of their staff (who I wont name to let her keep her job) hid our mail and had to bring it to us after hours. She told us they intentionally discard old customers items to make the process difficult and frustrating to switch.

My company did business with Compuchex 3 years ago. I've never dealt with as unprofessional a staff as this company. I contacted the company several days ago looking for old tax documents, which they claim they keep for you (as an added benefit). When calling I was told I needed to speak to Michael (who I always dreaded, btw, as he is arrogant and self entitled). and he would have to call me back. After 3 days and several calls later, I finally began calling every hour to get paperwork. Michael finally got on the phone and said that they don't keep paperwork, they furnished me with everything. As always he was belligerent (however I was too at this point). They don't keep paperwork on file. I asked why he couldn't simply pick up the phone and say that 3 days ago and he proceeded to say something about private9, which I've looked up and cannot find anything about. In working with this company for five years, admittingly, I have to say that it was not ever a pleasant experience. I always felt bad for the girls that worked in the office. They always sounded stressed out and/or overworked making it difficult to feel as if you were anything but a valued customer.

Let me just say that working there is 10x worse than being a client with them!!!
