        Overall

        One of the worst companies ive ever dealt with. We installed their insulated glass and framing a few years ago. Within the first 1 to 2 years, four out of five window seals have failed and all of the glass is completely fogged up. I live near the factory so I stopped in to discuss the problem. No one was there during business hours to assist me. No one took my name and telephone number. The person I did speak with after waiting 45 minutes, (Matt) attempted to blame the situation on the glass manufacturer and the installer. When I informed the installer that elite was blaming him for the situation he was furious and said he was no longer going to use their product to install sunrooms in People's homes. Stay far away from Elite products.
