Al Hendrickson Scion

This is the worst most unethical dishonest auto dealership I have ever been to.

They were dishonest regarding the car I purchased and did not fulfill their commitment to repair the undisclosed damage.

Stay away!

So far great experience every time I take my car for maintenance. The staff is professional and courteous.

I recently bought a 2016 Nissan maxima it was use the sales manager was a guy name Malik and a sale Rep by the nickname HUGGY pretty nice guy before I bought the car I ask about the other key Malik told me that he is going to contact the previous owner and get me the other key for the car that is not a problem at all gave us a couple weeks we will have it for you I said no problem because I did not want to purchase the car with one key but any way I went ahead and purchase the car because I believe in him all the way so when I call over there they gave me all this bullshit running around this is no ware you treat customer that is bad business and now they telling me I should of get it in writing lesson learn I advice anyone who is going to purchase a car please don't go to Al Hendricks Toyota dealership bad experience at all I would never recommend anyone please spend your money some ware else a bunch of con artist be aware.

I went to Al Hendrickson Toyota with my son in 08/09/2015 to buy a Corolla for him. This guy Malik Madatali made an unbelievable mess. The car was $13.600 with fees and taxes $16.900. We told him we want to put $12.000 down payment and the rest to pay in 36 months because you have the manufacturer 36 months 0% APR. He told us we cannot have $12.000 down because the financing must be over $10.000. We said Ok, make the contract with $7.000 down payment on 3 years or 36 months with 0% APR Manufacturer Specials.

From this point everything was unbelievable ! We took the contract and the papers, go outside and the VIN number doesn't match with the car VIN number, registration and the tag number also. We came back and Malik he redid the contract make us to sign fast, telling us is the same like the first contract he did before. In fact he changed the contract with 4.99% interest on 60 months. What a thief. ..... more, he was not able to change the registration...

Malik, he was not able to change the registration and the tag. How is possible to go out from the dealer gates without matching the VIN numbers on the registration? He told he is gonna do this overnight . Liar, we come back Thursday to change the registration and the tag numbers.No one knows that we need new registrastion and tag numbers. Other guy Chuck did it. Surprise.... when I did the insurance at home I discovered the registration was wrong again and did not match the VIN numbers again.

After complains at Toyota Headquarters, we came back again Monday 08/17/2015 to have the right registrations, They didn't want to change the contract. MISTAKE OR THEFT?

So is funny...How can you have 3 registrations, 3 tag numbers and 2 contracts in 8 days at the Al Hendrickson Toyota? Shame on you !!!

I thought Toyota name means respect...

I got a terrific deal on my car in December of 2011 from Lou, it was at least $4k less than the 3 other dealers I had dealt with. When I noticed the front end steering was off I brought the car back and they took care of it. Six months later and after the car was off the lot they could have just given me the run-around, but you can tell they are committed to service. Wilmer Morales and Mr C told me the Hendrickson's are all about satisfied customers and this experience proves it.

I have purchased two Corollas and two Prius over a period of time. While car shopping is car shopping, Hendrickson Toyota is the most reasonable to deal with. If you go there and have a bad experience ask to meet with either Al Hendrickson Jr. or Sr. They are dedicated to satisfied customers.
