Too bad I can't leave no stars. As a former employee of this company, I have to say to avoid doing any business with this comany.
They have no loyalty to their staff and they practice morally deficient business. They sold our branch and gave us one weeks notice of termination and didn't even offer a severance package.

My wife's brother died in his condo and we informed Scott of Keys Property Management just 5 days after learning of his death that we were moving to resolve all items. Despite this, he imposed $250 in late fees due to late condo fee payments, when we were not even aware of when or how to pay (he said we did not officially contact the association when in fact he failed to help us after he was aware we were moving fast as we could). I consider this heartless and certainly not an appropriate way to treat decent people who have lost a great relative and live 3 hours away. Shame on him and them.
