DO NOT ORDER BRIDESMAID DRESSES FROM THIS STORE!!! I took all my girls here to order dresses. 1 couldn't make it because she lives overseas. Everything went smooth until the month that my dresses were supposed to be in. I called a few times checking on the status of them, Joey assured me everything was fine. UNTIL I received a call 2 weeks after they were due in saying my order was not going to be filled because the manufacture went out of business. I had to rush in there and order new dresses from a different company. The thing is I went into Pats bridal in Utica and she said she knew about that company going out of business in DECEMEBER. Then why did she not know when I ordered my dresses in FEBURARY? So I was a little upset. Joey did try to accommodate us by giving the girls free alterations but when we all went there we were all treated so rudely. I almost took all my girls dresses to another place and was going to pay for alterations myself. Whatever you do, do NOT get your dresses here. They are nice in the beginning but when its time to get your dresses they are the most mean and rude people ever.

The service is the best! The owner, Joey, really knows her stuff! The most accommodating staff I have ever seen. They truly care about you and your wedding needs. I have only had the best experience here! If anyone has had a problem, it's because they are the problem, not the store! The staff is knowledgeable and the prices are just right! Very helpful, very nice, staff. I highly recommend Bridal Bells to all!

I have had the worst experience with this bridal salon ever! Terrible customer service and the employees are also extremely rude! The salon requires full payment for any dresses before they have even been delivered and on top of this they completely forgot to order one of our bridesmaids dresses, and then proceed to make her pay the full cost up front and tried to make her pay the rush fee as well.

All of us girls went in the salon 7 months before the wedding and were sized and dresses ordered (so we thought) and we now find out that our dresses will not be in to the shop until a month before the wedding. After speaking with the owner of the shop it was brought to our attention that the bride signs a contract which states on the contract dresses must be paid in full two months after they are ordered. Please keep this in mind if you still plan on doing business with the company. Terrible business and employees. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this company. I know I will never go back again.

I had a great experience with Joey at Bridal Belles. She was very welcoming, accomodating, helpful, understanding and just kind all around. I had been to another bridal salon earlier in the day who told me they couldn't help me because my budget wasn't $2,000!!! I walked into Bridal Belles and after speaking to the consultant just briefly she had a whole slew of dresses for me to try-within my budget. They have a great selection of dresses as well as veils that are affordable. Alterations are also affordable! I would definitely recommend Bridal Belles.

This place has people that are rude working for them. They are all about the money and not making sure your wedding dress is special. They wanted to charge me to fix beads that were falling off the dress before I even took it out of the store. Go somewhere that makes you feel like a special bride and it is not here!!!!
