Mike is a very nice guy but he does not answer the phone all the time. But besides that very happy with service

I called The Image Center in Clinton, TN about a TV of mine that needed repair. I worked out date and time for him to pick the TV up (it's a VERY large CRT I purchased in 2004 and I can barely lift it) and he stayed in very good contact with me and picked up the TV as scheduled, no problems.

He also agreed to repair this TV and then donate to a charity since I don't want it back again, nor do I want it to end up in a landfill, which is bad for the environment.

My opinion is that Mike McKinney is a generous guy and perhaps you should give him a try should you live in the Knoxville, TN area and have a TV that needs repair.

Worst repairman I have ever dealt with. Took our money to come out-diagnose problem and labor to fix. That was over two weeks ago and have not heard from this guy since.



Have called "numerous times" ...no calls returned.



Called another repairman and said would have part in 2 days and repaired on 3rd.



I am so mad at this "bone head" that I plan on suing him in small claims just because he is such a jerk.



Be forewarned...this guy is bad news!

I purchased a new Samsung top of the line $3500 HD TV and had a problem with the remote. Two technicians came to my home and replaced the main board in the TV. The TV had a perfect picture when they arrived and was very blurred and washed out when they left. It was obvious they had no experience and their repairs destroyed the TV. Turns out it did not need a new main board to get the remote working. But they destroyed the TV. Please do not let them ruin your TV.
