The best in the business period! Where to start with this company. I purchased a garage from Southeastern, after having done my own research. I spoke with a very educated staff about some custom changes I would like to make to my building. They gave me several quotes as I am rather OCD and like to have everything perfect. These quotes included both certified and non certified structures. It was explained to me that the certified met or exceeded wind and snow loads for my area and the non certified did not. This meant the certified would have drawings stamped by a reputable engineer and be site specific. Wanting to make sure my vehicles and toys were well covered :) I chose to purchase the certified as I didn't want any issues should there be bad weather. It did cost more but the cost was well worth the peace of mind. On a side note if you ever visit them in Clinton you can actually look at the difference between the two types of structures as they have 20+ demos on site. This helped make the choice even easier. I can't thank the sales staff or the professional installers enough. The installers maintained a clean work area the whole time! No cigarette butts or drinks left in my yard. Hats off to Ken the master builder Davis on his craftsmanship. Even installed and framed my ac window unit at not cost. He went above and beyond the call of duty that will leave a lasting impression. When all was said and done from the time of my down payment to completion of the job, it took only 12days. Communication was flawless. If you're on the fence about where to buy look no further you have found the place. My gut feeling says if there's a complaint against these wonderful folks it's because you decided not to opt for a certified unit, lesson learned people do your homework check your building codes ask questions and don't let the price tag make a bad decision. Non certified is never a good choice no matter how much better the price may look. Enjoy the pictures.
