        Overall
        They only care about money and...

        They only care about money and not the widows or widowers. My recent experience there was awful, they pushed pricey items on us and took advantage of my boyfriend's mothers worries. They played on her and what her fears were. Then they hounded her for the minimal amount that would not be covered by the life insurance policy and they haven't even gotten that yet because it took them 2 weeks to get the death certificate and they charged more than what they cost. If I was someone looking for a funeral I would not go there and I would travel miles to another place first. You won't get any sympothy out these people.
