Mr. Jeff Moore, the roof you put on my mother's house 7 years ago in November is still leaking and tonight it was pouring in so fast it filled a stock pot in under 5 minutes. She has reached out to you on numerous occasions to come look at it. But nobody ever calls her back anymore. She tried to call tonight but nobody answered and no machine picked up. Every time you came to fix it" in the past , including weeks after the new roof was put on you guaranteed it would not leak anymore. However it did. And after you being out here numerous times to correct the initial work due to it leaking you just stopped taking her calls and stopped coming back.
