I have to say that my experience at this store was the exact opposite of the previous reviewer's. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by Bonnie, who was polite, professional and helpful. I described what I was looking for and she brought me directly to the case where the perfect anniversary band was waiting for me... beautiful, a perfect fit and on sale. She even offered to clean my existing rings free of charge. I felt comfortable enough to leave my engagement ring there for prong replacement. I would highly recommend this store and will continue to shop there.

Employees at this store are negligent and border on rudeness. They neglected to give me a statement of warranty nor a receipt for an item that was ordered on the internet and picked up at this store. I am sure they did not want to be bothered with a customer who ordered from the internet. Stay away from this outlet store and go to one with better trained employees
