        We accidentally submitted two checks to Paul Grasso for the same windows cleaning job, and after cashing both of them, he repeatedly lied to us that the extra check was in the mail, or was going to be mailed "tomorrow", or a number of other armaturish excuses. To this day, five months after the overpayment of $460, we are still waiting for the money to be returned. Dealing with people like this leaves a very bad aftertaste. Can't be trusted.

        Very nice, knowledgeable, was on time and did a GREAT job Powerwashing my house and cleaning the windows...very fairly priced.
