        Facility has overhead, and charges must recoup this. One should not gripe about charges if one has work done without comparing costs with other, smaller scale local repair places. I have been going here for years, but mainly for oil changes, which with grocery-issued coupons are better than others, and a synthetic blend oil is used compared with regular oil. Staff are always friendly and as accomodating as possible. That said, always get a pre-estimate of costs, and ask if the repair is urgently needed or if it can be delayed. Mechanics have a incentive to find problems which makes some of them discover problems that either don't exist or do not need immediate attention. Some advisories simply reflect not observed problems but car makers' "should be dones" at certain mileages. Do not pay for any repairs not authorized, however minor. ALWAYS verify needed repairs with other places and always compare prices. The shop rate here is high, but consider negotiating the cost of work.

        They over charge their customers. I brought my car and told them I think I am having a problem with the alternator. They replaced the alternator and with their "discount" the bill came to $517. They had diagnostic charges, labor was 120 and the rebuilt alternator was $350!!!! Across the street they sell the alternators for $180 minus $20 when you turn in the core and brand new for $220. They definitely gouge their customers!!!! I would advise to only use them for oil changes and do not have work done when they try to push other items off on you.

        Really should be 0 stars. Their quotes do not include all of the explained work. They try to sell you everything. They do not complete the work on time, two hours late.
