Best used car dealership in Cleveland, TX. The other options have really poor cars, or ask way too much for them. Texan asks Blue Book value, and they have always worked with me if I needed a couple weeks to make a payment. I've got two cars from them now, both only needing minor repairs down the road, they are used cars after all, you have to expect that. The cars are always exceptionally clean as well. The family that runs it is very kind and professional, I've never had an issue with this business.

This business reviews at a big 0, what a gyp joint, trashy vehicles. My son bought a truck from them on 12/11/12 & the transmission went out on 1/29/13! He was told by the two that run it that the warranty was out so they took the liberty of sending it to their auto repair club & told the guy to fix it. Now he has to pay for a shop he didn't request at an outrageous price & he can't have it back according to them unless its fixed at their shop. Theres no warranty left on it so he should be able to take it for repairs any place he wants BUT not according to them! Being turned in to office of consumer credit commissioner, bbb, attorney general, deceptive trade, federeal trade commision & to the licensing & regulatory authority (they all want to hear your stories about them so file a complaint against them if you bought a vehicle from them & they pulled this on you, they have no right to say where you can have your vehicle repaired at when warranty is out ).... Strange also it says on the contract its a lease vehicle yet it came with a BUYERS warranty paper. Over $10,000.00 for a beat up piece of garbage, they sure know how to take advantage of people. Don't buy from them!!!!!

We recently bought a vehicle from these people and got ripped off. They sold us a vehicle and as soon as we bought it it starting having mechanical problems, they said to take it to their mechanic who works out of his house way on the other side of Houston, the vehicle was over heating, stalling out, and had several other mechanical problems their so called mechanic said it was fine and was supposed to do that. That is the kind of mechanic that they have. We took the vehicle to the mechanic a couple of diffrent times and had to miss work to do so. We then all of a sudden recieve a letter in the mail stating that the vehicle is no longer under warrenty,and if we want any thing fixed on it we have to do so our self. We had to pay a huge down payment on the vehicle, and was never late on our payments, all we want is reliable transportation to get us back and forth to work, and the people at this fly by night car lot told us we get what we pay for.They said that they would put us in another vehicle, but we would have to come up with another huge down payment. The only thing that they have on their lot is what they go get from an auction, nothing relaible and will break down just as soon as you leave the lot, and if you call them to tell them about it they will tell you that you get what you paid for, So my best advice for anyone who is in search for a vehicle is just to keep driving by this car lot because you definatly get what you pay for. that is a piece of junk !!!!!!
