        James at the drive thru only person working the front. The manager sitting in a booth in the lobby. It took 16 minutes to get 2 sweet teas. He was so apologetic to us. If someone's order isn't ready they make everyone wait. Can't pull them forward. Management doesn't care at all 25th street McDonald's in Cleveland Tn is the worst ever !! Always...
