Food good. Service sucks you call they put u on hold indefinitely and never come back to line. This is main problem with black businesses horrible customer service

Food is very good. Everything is fresh and homemade. My only complaint is and it is a big one is the customer is not good. Some of the staff is very rude and unprofessional. They need to train their people on customer service skills because I am sure they have lost business due to this problem. I won't even complain much about the wait time because the food is well worth it if you like good homemade soul food

Placed an order via phone at 8:08pm, the woman stated it would be 30-40 mins. Arrived to pick up order 52 mins later at 9:00pm. Order was not ready and woman stated have a seat and I'll call you by name when your order is ready. 25 mins later went back to window to check on order status since my name was not called and people are walking in off the street placing and picking up orders all around me. She stated in a snippy manner there are 2 order ahead of mine at this point. Ok so I pulled out my phone and started playing games to pass the time. 22 mins later, it is now 9:47 and my name still has not been called. Go to window to check status and it is still not ready and the woman is rude and has an attitude. So at this point I've had enough and leave with no food. So I don't know how the food is but the customer service is horrible. Don't go there unless you place your order 2.5 hours in advance... good luck!
