Gone to the Dogs

I have been going to Gone to the Dogs for a long time and never had an issue until I had to talk with the owner. When I went to pick up my dog one day, there was a man, who did not work there, carrying my dog around the salon. When this issue was addressed, the issue was blown off as if it was no big deal. After bringing my dog home, we discovered that she had fleas. I have been getting frustrated trying to get rid of them. I called the owner to let him know that my dog had gotten fleas from the shop. Instead of a thank you for the heads up, we'll keep an eye out... which I was expecting, I got yelled at as if I were a child. He told me that he had wasted enough time on me and that I should find somewhere else to take my dog. I'm sorry but if you can not deal with customers, were do you get off thinking you can run a service oriented business. So if you go there and have an issue, keep your mouth shut unless you want to get an earful from the owner. Do not take your dogs here if you expect a pleasant experience!!!
