I recently had a sudden and catastrophic septic tank failure. Mr. Voss responded immediately, and within three days had a whole new septic system installed and fully functional. I found this company to be exceptionally professional, courteous, and efficient. Mr. Voss ran a very disciplined crew who focused on getting the job done in as little time as possible. He was actively on the job at all times, supervising and doing much of the work himself. He had all of the top quality tools needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. He was professional, cordial, and informative about all aspects of what was taking place. He patiently explained everything he was doing, why it needed to be done, and how it would function going forward. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs you might have, and will no doubt use his services again in the future. Thank you, Mr. Voss and your entire crew!
As to price I will only say this: When you have sewage living where it doesn’t belong, good professional service is UNQUESTIONABLY WORTH good professional dollars.

Mr. Voss was called to fix a kitchen sink leak for my mom. I asked him to fix the leak and replace the fixtures with medium to high grade fixtures. He installed a low grade fixture but charged me for the higher priced one. I asked him to come out to look at how water is leaking from the fixture. He said that he would need to charge me to come out because his warranty was for only 90 days. I don't recommend him and won't use him again. My mom is elderly and I'm out of town, I feel he took advantage of the situation.

he is very dependable and will get the job done in a timely manner. he will see that it is done correctly and will come back out if there is any problems with his work, he is very professional.
