Jesse Yoakum Well Drilling

I typically don't write reviews, but need to on this instance. I hired Jesse based on the good reviews I've read. I am hoping I am an isolated incident, but I have had nothing but problems with Jesse's service. Not only was the water well over twice as much as he expected, he demanded payment as soon as the drilling was complete. I got a loan and was able to pay him within a day, yet he has not finished the well or installed the pump which was all paid for. It has been over month now and still haven't got him to finish the well. Extremely disappointed in his estimating and service.

During a snow storm in 14-degree weather, five hours later we had a new 130’ well. Case installed, and the well bore was gravel packed and concrete installed. The next morning they installed the new submersible pump, trenched 100’ to the house, bored through the basement wall, ran all the wiring to a new circuit, and installed all the needed plumbing and a new pressure tank. They were wrapped up and gone by early afternoon. Jesse and his crew were all very courteous and extremely professional, but above all they were very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do and did it. First thing the next morning he followed up with a phone call to double check and made sure everything was working and he even helped us with our claim we made against our homeowners insurance policy. There are other well drillers in the Kansas City area. Ignore them. Call Jesse without hesitation. He sets the standard.
