This childcare center is digusting at all cost. Not worth the price. Parents I’m warning you please spend you money elsewhere. Unless you enjoy paying for a center with very poor quality, absolutely no consistent staff and did I mention the mice? The owner will agree to just about anything you want her too so that she can take your money. The service is poor and so are the teachings. No teaching even goes on in this place. My child didnt get lunch, you have to provide your own lunch because i recently just found out this center received flags on this business because it doesnt have a license to serve food. Which they “served” “snacks” to my child which that too is a flag on the record of this business because again they have no license to serve food at this facilty. Also if you google this place on the web there facing multi lawsuits due to child abuse, missing unattended children, mice infestation etc. people please take all precautions when choosing this place.

My son went to Coventry Children's Center for a year. On July 7, 2015, my then 2 year old son and 3 year old boy left the daycare unnoticed. The boys were gone from the center for 45 minutes and NO ONE called the police! They didn't even realize that my son was missing until they saw him with the police!!!
That day, there were 10 children in the toddler room and 2 teachers. The boys escaped during snack time. The teachers approached the administrator at 10:45 to let her know that one boy was missing. The administrator thinks the boys were gone for at least 5 minutes before the teachers approached her. Rather than calling the police immediately, the administrator spent 10-15 minutes searching the building. She then got into her car to look for the boys herself. It was then that she saw the police that had the boys. Per the police report, when the teachers did tell the administrator, the first thing they said was not to be upset with them.

The teachers approached the administrator at 10:45 to let her know that one boy was missing (they didn't even realize that my son was missing until they saw him with the police). The administrator thinks the boys were gone for at least 5 minutes before the teachers approached her. Neither the teachers nor the administrator performed a headcount of the children. Rather than calling the police immediately, the administrator spent 10-15 minutes searching the building. She then got into her car to look for the boys herself. It was then that she saw the police that had the boys. The boys were with the police 20 minutes. The school has NO IDEA how long they boys were gone. We think they were gone 30-40 minutes. My son has NO history of being a runner or attempting escape.

The children involved are constantly attempting to escape and should have been removed from the childcare for the safety of MY child. This is a wonderful daycare and many families remain. This daycare is highly recommended, your child would love it!
