Freeman's Garbage Removal

Great Service at a great price! Always helpful and kind. Been with them about 3 years. Recently animals got into my garbage and when they came they not only emptied what was left in the cart but they also cleaned up everything on the ground as well.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I see that i am not the only one who has had an awful experience with them. I cancelled my service due to my phone calls NEVER being amswered and poor service and in return i was called a b**** by the owner of the company. Spend your money anywhere but with them! I did not curse at her and all i wanted to do was cancel amd i got yelled at as if i was a 2 year old in trouble with the worst person ever. I have never been talked to the way she talked to me. She continuously tried to convince me that she does her job. Actions speak louder than words. Btw... Zero stars is not an option but they do not even deserve one.

Awful customer service. They are very rude. There are other companies for people in White County to use. I'd rather burn my trash than use this company again. They never answer the phone and are rude if they do return the call. I recommend finding a more professional and reputable company. Professionalism is important if something goes wrong. Freeman's act as though their customers are indebted to them instead of dealing with any degree of professionalism.

I have tried several garbage service companies in the area and have found Freeman's Garbage to be the most reliable. Not only that, they are the only garbage service who have an actual business location where I can go to pay my bill. I think all the other garbage services run their business out of their homes. I find them very professional and very friendly and helpful whenever I call. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

This company has been going down hill in service. and will not refund the unused portion of money if you wish to stop there service.

I have been with this company for over 14 years & would never think of changing companies. They are very reliable & courteous. The office personnel are always professional & helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone!
