You have to try Sunrise Yoga Studio! The environment is so welcoming and beautiful-you feel more peaceful just being there. The teachers are amazingly kind and know their stuff! It is a great place to be for anyone as they have everything from chair yoga to level 4 yoga classes and the teachers provide great instruction to keep you safe and help you learn. There is such a sense of community around this studio as well. You will be among friends in a very relaxing, non-intimidating space! Highly recommended!

I am 28 years old and have had 10 years of back pain due to gymnastics injury. I have been going to Sunrise Yoga studio for 1 year now and have noticed a huge difference in my pain level. Wonderful knowledgeable teachers, lots of props, a great variety of classes available. I love this studio. When I can't do a pose well my teachers encourage me, when I can do a pose they challenge me to do even better. This is a great studio.

Sunrise Yoga is the place for yoga in the Triad. Having been to other yoga classes at fitness clubs, it is a refreshing change to learn yoga with certified instructors who know how to inspire you and modify the poses so each student can work at their own level. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the students and instructors make you feel part of the family the minute you walk in. Since starting over 5 years ago, Sunrise has become a haven of sanity for me, restoring my peace of mind with each class, and boosting my ability and confidence.

...come to Sunrise yoga for a deep, wholistic yoga experience. Studio owner Valerie teaches her classes with vast knowledge and infinite support for you wherever you are in your yoga journey. The other teachers are excellent as well, but I have to say I don't have as much experience with them, and Valerie certainly and deservedly has a loyal following. One of the main attractions for me, besides her obvious passion, commitment, and encyclopedic knowledge of yoga, is that she makes every class different. For someone who gets bored easily, this is a huge plus. And she explains what's occurring in the body for each pose, where the pose ultimately leads the body, as well as focusing on the tiny refining details of the pose. I find this infinitely compelling. The facility itself is first-rate, and there is a great communal spirit among the clientele: the first class I went to I was invited to dinner afterward, and this is a fairly regular occurrence. Easily one of the very best yoga studios I have ever attended.

Valerie, the owner of Sunrise Yoga Studio, is intuitive, caring, and understands the body very well. I always feel like I am learning something new in her class, and I can see my postures improving with each visit! The rest of her staff are also wonderful teachers, and there are classes to suit every level of fitness. Thumbs up!

Sunrise Yoga is the Best! Well trained caring teachers and a beautiful, spotless studio are enhanced by the community that is drawn to this Yoag refuge. The variety of classes from Gentle Yoga to advanced classes make this practice acessable to the entire community. Not all yoga classes are alike. Sunrise Yoga offers excellent yoga classes taught by talented and highly trained instructors. The recently enlarged studio is peaceful and clean. Best of all, the teachers are caring and they present the yoga practice with clarity and initelligence. I look forward to each and every visit and I leave each class feeling energized and calm. Thanks to Sunrise Yoga, I'm even getting taller.

Sunrise Yoga Studio completely has changed my thinking about yoga practice. Their studio is peaceful and serene (and clean!) just like they advertise. As a beginning student, I was unsure of what to expect but the owner and the other teachers have really made me feel welcome and have answered my many questions. I really like the new yoga wall they installed. It's fun to use and has helped my practice a ton! I would highly recommend this studio for anyone, regardless of their level.
