Dennis and his team are as good as you get! Stay in a lot of hotels and unfortunately ended up with a bed bug infestation. Getting quotes upwards of $1,200 to get it taken care of, insisting there's no other way other than moving everything out of my apartment and heating it up to a ridiculous heat to kill them... they charged me an amount way less than everybody else, and yet two weeks later not a bed bug in sight... Very friendly and understanding while they work with you also...
