Hard drive was replaced by didn't put all files from old hard drive onto new hard drive. All files may have been lost. Have to take computer to another repair place.

I took my computer to another repair place and all my data is lost including a lot of software. He also didn't download the driver for the sound card.

He would show up late, after the time that I told him to and stay late. Would not respond to texts to fix the problem that he made and didn't give money back for services that he was told to do but didn't.

i took my computer to charles computer repair shop and i liked the service he provided. i had my computer upgraded from windows vista home to windows 7 ultimite and wow i see the difference in the applications , desktop backrounds, desktop themes,and other files and folders, his attitude was professional and he was catered to my computer needs. i really liked his service over all.
