Cleburne Tire Shop

I had an issue with some used tires I bought from them. They ended up ordering me some brand new tires and cut me a discount for my trouble. I wish they would have had them on hand. But in the end they did what was right.

The staff of Cleburne Tire is very rude and unprofessional to customers. They need to seriously consider how they talk and respond to people.

They sold me four CAPITOL tires for 160. The DOT (date of tire) was carved off of three of them which is illegal to sell. When they are carved off they are inoperable. Meaning you can't get tires rotated, aired up or even looked at if the DOT is not present. Also there was a nail in one and two side wall patches over each other I'm another. They looked like brand new tires but doing research after buying them I found out the specific tires were recalled by the company. (That is why they scratched the DOT off) when we returned to get our money back all he could say was "used tires" we informed him he could get in trouble for selling us these tires he pulled out his wallet. I apologized for the tires not working out and he proceeded to throw up his hand to shut me up and walked away. Very unprofessional and sketchy. Do not got here.

Looks like "wendibird6" is involved in a lot of drama. Bad mouths when she doesn't get her way. Been coming to this shop for years! Great people, great service, great PRICES! For great tires! Why come to a place if your ENTIRE family got bad service? Sounds weird but to each their own!

Absolutely do not use this place! They sold me a tire with the side wall patched on it. It is illegal to sell a tire when the sidewall is patched. It is unsafe and when I took the tire to them to tell them that they sold me the tire this way they refused to give me my money back or do anything about it. The girl in the front was the "owners daughter" and she refused to give me money back and told me who was I to tell her how to run her business?!?! She said I bought the tire used and she wasn't going to give me my money back. A customer in the parking lot asked me what was going on and agreed that they should make it right. I spoke with a guy outside, who before directing me to the "owners daughter", told me they wouldn't give me my money back. He went inside spoke to her in Spanish and then she proceeded to be very unprofessional and rude with me. They took my tire in and threw it in a pile with other tired as if they were going to keep it!!! I took my tire and left and assured them I would let people know NOT to use them! My stepdad bought a tire there and the whole tread came off of it and they didn't make it right. My brother bought 2 tires there, neither would keep air. HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Go to Discount Tires in Cleburne or Burleson! They are at least honest and will shoot you straight!
