        Most unprofessional,overpriced A/C company that tries to sell you parts that you don't need....Rude workers...do not waste your time or money..there are hundreds of honest,reputable AC companies in the area to choose from!

        Overall

        Christmas Eve, a house full of people, cooking going on and the A/C goes out. I call these guys because I live in Palm Harbor. The promise is that they have emergency service. I called and received a call back from one tech. He stated that he was at the end of his 8 hour on-call duty but to call back in a few minutes and I'll get forwarded to the new on-call tech. Friday at @ six o'clock I get a call stating that no service today but that they should be able to get to me tomorrow; like almost every other company in the Bay area.



        Dudes, in future just say we have no service on Christmas Eve or Christmas day instead of having me call time and time again to your answering service.
