        Great customer service!! They are always timely on cleanings and servicing of the ice machine. We have never had a problem. Excellent company! I recommend that if you need an ice machine or any ice machine service you use crystal ice! They are great and we will never use anyone else!

        I rent my machine from Crystal Ice. They showed up to clean my machine and found a cut electric line that I didn't know had happened! I have been a customer or theirs for many years and am very happy with their service.

        Crystal Ice worked hard to get my machine up and running for a big event. It would have been a disaster if I didn't have my machine running right. These guys really know what they're doing! I would definitely use them again and again.
